PCGURU were friendly on the first call. Were willing to help over the phone for no return. When attending the office they were extremely prompt; reliable; did not waste any time in getting to work on my computer. Did not take long to get around what was going on; and reset my whole network in less than an hour. I wish I had called two days ago instead of going between help lines; tearing out my hair. Thank you to the Guru who attended my office; certainly the best computer technician I have come across in a very long time.
