Rates
- Onsite Guru: $150 GST ex per hour (1hr min)
- Workshop Guru: $130 GST ex per hour (1hr min)
- Remote/Telephone Support: $40 GST ex per 15 min block
Please note:
- A valid credit card number must be supplied at the time of booking.
- Whilst we are able to provide residential support, priority will be given to business clients.

Block Hours
If you've got a large project coming up - or you just want to reduce the amount of invoices generated, consider purchasing a block of hours that you can draw down on. You can purchase any amount of hours (over 20) at a discounted rate of $130 ex GST per hour.

Our GuruCare Proactive Managed Services Plans
Where we really shine is in our support plans. If you can't afford to have your own full-time IT resource, use PCGURU! By paying a flat-rate for your support and maintenance requirements you get a huge discount on our labour!
