Notes:

  • These plans apply to PCs, Notebooks and Servers. All devices on the network must be on the same plan
  • All rates listed are exclusive of GST
  • Remote Support is charged in 6 minute increments
  • Fees are charged on a monthly basis and invoiced in advance.
  • Onsite Labour is charged as a minimum 1 hour and then 30 minute increments.
  • Remote Support includes remote administration, remote desktop, phone & email support.
  • Monthly pooled GuruCare support minutes are "per month" and do not roll-over.
  • Where a customer is more than 20km from the Perth GPO, a minimum callout of 2 hours will be applicable.
