Rates

• Instant Support - Remote Guru: $22 (6 min blocks)
  (Remote Desktop, Telephone and Email Support)
  
• We come to you - Onsite Guru: $165 per hour (1hr min)
• You come to us - Workshop Guru: $143 per hour (1hr min)

Yes! - we can attend onsite Same Day: Additional $55
Yes! - we can attend to your emergency onsite within 2 working hours: Additional $99
Yes! - we can attend to your needs afterhours: Standard Rate x 2

Please note:

• No Call-out Fee for Next Day Bookings!
• No Travelling Time charged within 20km of Perth GPO
• A valid credit card number must be supplied at the time of booking.
• Whilst we are able to provide residential support, priority will be given to business clients.

Block Hours

If you've got a large project coming up - or you just want to reduce the amount of invoices generated, consider purchasing a block of hours that you can draw down on.  You can purchase any amount of hours (over 20) at a discounted rate of $143 per hour.
