Rates

• Instant Support - Remote Guru: $22 (6 min blocks)
  (Remote Desktop, Telephone and Email Support)
  
• We come to you - Onsite Guru: $160 per hour (1hr min)
• You come to us - Workshop Guru: $140 per hour (1hr min)

Yes! - we can attend onsite Same Day: Additional $75
Yes! - we can attend to your emergency onsite within 2 working hours: Additional $150
Yes! - we can attend to your needs afterhours:
           Standard Rate x 1.5 - Weekdays 5pm - 8pm & Saturday 8:30am - 5pm
           Standard Rate x 2 - All other hours

Please note:

• All prices are listed exclusive of GST
• Remote Support is charge in 6 minute increments or part thereof.
• Onsite Labour is charged as a minimum 1 hour and then 30 min increments or part thereof.
• No Call-out Fee for Next Day Bookings!
• Where a Customer is more than 20km from the Perth GPO, a minimum 2 hour call out applies.
• A valid credit card number must be supplied at the time of booking.
• Whilst we are able to provide residential support, priority will be given to business clients.

Block Hours

If you've got a large project coming up - or you just want to reduce the amount of invoices generated, consider purchasing a block of hours that you can draw down on.  You can purchase any amount of hours (over 20) at a discounted rate of $140ex per hour.

It's even cheaper for GuruCare Clients - block hour rates can drop to as low as $115ex per hour!

Where we really shine is in our support plans. If you can't afford to have your own full-time IT resource, use PCGURU! By paying a flat-rate for your support and maintenance requirements you get a huge discount on our labour!
