PCGURU has two primary ways it can provide Support Services.
Reactive Support is the conventional break/fix approach usually on a casual basis.
Proactive Support or GuruCare allows us to monitor, maintain and manage systems around the clock. GuruCare is a support agreement where we do everything we can to ensure you don't need to call us. Under a GuruCare Agreement, labour is bundled in!
If you have an Emergency, we can be onsite in under 2 hours within the Perth Metropolitan area.
We also provide Telephone & Remote Support and Onsite Services to the South West.
