- These plans apply to PCs, Notebooks and Servers. All devices on the network must be on the same plan
- All rates listed are inclusive of GST
- Remote Support is charged in 6 minute increments
- Fees are charged on a monthly basis and invoiced in advance.
- Onsite Labour is charged as a minimum 1 hour and then 30 minute increments.
- Remote Support includes remote administration, remote desktop, phone & email support.
- Monthly pooled GuruCare support minutes are "per month" and do not roll-over.
- Where a customer is more than 20km from the Perth GPO, a minimum callout of 2 hours will be applicable.
